How long is shipping?

Due to each piece being custom made to the customers choice, shipping is 7-10 days.

We receive the order and image request for the customer. Make sure the image is properly aligned and then laser engrave it!

No, we use a good quality materials and laser engraving to ensure your pieces last

How do I care for my engraved jewelry?

Our pieces are made of stainless steel, but we recommend not wearing them in water and keeping them away from any harsh chemicals.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipping your will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information attached

Do you offer refunds for custom pieces?

Due to their personal nature, custom orders are final. Although if your item is arrives damaged or broken, or the design isn't right then we will send your another one free of charge!
